There are certain etiquettes that you must watch out: Eating in moderation, if you are not a solid vegan person then track how much sugar, calories, acid, liquid and air you are putting in your body. Eating slowly, eating slowly help the digestion process as well as a curvy waistline. It takes 20 minutes for the body to tell our brain that you are full and eating slowly doesn’t need too much energy for the intestine. Sharing is caring, sharing half of your food not just makes you eat less but also give you a happy heart. Fasting for some time, give your body a rest. Remember: Mind, body and soul. Fasting has many health benefits and better brain function.

Mindset and positive thinking

Everything begins and ends with a mindset plus a positive thinking, controlling your stress and problem and bring out solutions that will help your mental health and mindset. Envision how you want your waistline to become and focus on the work that you need to do to achieve the perfect waistline.
